Finalizing an Purchase Order from a Customer : Shipment of merchandise is the most important work. To maintain the quality during voyage, each Motorcycle shall be stripped down of several exterior components ; e.g. Mirrors, Mufflers (Exhaust Pipes),Fairings (Cowlings) and other possible projected items like Steps causing damages when packed tightly in a shipping container. Those separated parts are packed individually and into the same container.
Several cosmetic parts ; e.g. Fenders, Tanks and Side-Covers are covered with protective plastic films on motorcycles. Vanning into a shipping container is also handled with care and several packing materials by the staff members at its warehouse.
